Recipe Ingredients for Green Bean Saute

200 grams green beans, cut
120 grams yellow squash, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 ounce chopped almonds
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Green Bean Saute

  1. Trim beans, wash, cut

  2. Wash, trim, slice squash

  3. Heat oil in pan, saute garlic till brown

  4. Add green beans and squash, toss to heat evenly

  5. Process almonds with cheese and sprinkle over veggies

  6. Squeeze half a lemon over all, steam for 10 minutes on medium heat. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
