Quick veggie saute - goes great with fish or chicken and rice. I've added slivered almonds or walnuts towards the end for a little crunch.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Bean Saute

12 oz Beans, Snap, Green
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.25 medium raw Onion Red
1 clove Garlic
1 serving Garlic Sea Salt Grinder
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Green Bean Saute

  1. Heat oil in a skillet.

  2. Add onions and green beans, saute 2-3 minutes or until onions begin to soften.

  3. Add garlic and peppers and toss to coat. Cover and let cook through, stirring occassionally. Green beans should be bright green and tender.

  4. Grind in some of the sea salt blend over the top and toss with a little lime juice. Serve
