Marinated green beans...very easy. Originally from a Mexican foods cookbook, it's can be served with a variety of cuisine.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Bean Salad

29 ounces green beans, canned, drained
1/3 cup olive oil
2 ounces pimientos, drained
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon parsley
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Green Bean Salad

Combined drained green beans with pimiento. In a screw-top jar or small tupperware bowl combine oil with the rest of the ingredients. Cover and shake until well blended. Toss with green beans. Cover and chill. Serve alone or on a bed of lettuce.
