4 cup Cut Green Beans

Recipe Directions for Green Bean and Mushroom Casserole

  1. heat the country crock spread in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.

  2. add the mushrooms, onion, basil, oregano and garlic powder and cook until the vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.

  3. stir the soup, mushroom mixture and green beans in a 3-quart shallow baking dish.

  4. stir the cheese and french onions in a small bowl and sprinkle over the top of the green bean mixture.

  5. bake at 400 degree F for 20 minutes of until hot and bubbly.
