Bean and corn salad with green beans. Good warm or chilled.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Bean and Corn Salad

1/4 lb green beans
3/4 cup garbanzo beans
15 oz red kidney beans
2 cups frozen corn
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp basil, dried
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for Green Bean and Corn Salad

  1. Steam the green beans and cut them with a scissors into 3/4" to 1" pieces.

  2. Mix green beans, other beans, corn, condiments, and seasonings in a large bowl.

  3. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Serve warm or cold.
