Recipe Ingredients for Green Bean Casserole

32 oz Beans, Snap, Green
32 oz Mushrooms
10.75 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 oz Fat Free Sour Cream
0.25 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
0.25 serving Soy Sauce
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1/4 cup Culinary Touch Almonds

Recipe Directions for Green Bean Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Trim green beans and break them into bite size pieces.

  3. Steam the green beans until tender crisp.

  4. While the beans are steaming, whisk soup, sour cream, milk, light soy sauce, and black pepper together in a separate bowl.

  5. Stir in green beans and mushrooms.

  6. Prep a casserole dish with non-stick spray.

  7. Pour in green bean mixture and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

  8. Top with almonds and bake 5 minutes more
