The program would not recognize the 98% fat free version of the soup, nor the French fried onions that are in the database. The bread crumbs were close to the calories of the onions, so to finalize the calories of the recipe I used them.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Bean Casserole

21 1/2 oz. Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup milk
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
8 cups cut green beans, cooked
2.66 cups bread crumbs (french's fried onions)

Recipe Directions for Green Bean Casserole

  1. Stir soup, milk, soy, pepper, beans and half the onions in 3 qt. casserole.

  2. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes or until hot.

  3. Top with remaining onions and bake for 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
