I sometimes use canned green beans when I am out of the frozen beans, just beware of the sodium. This is a really good recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Bean Casserole

10 3/4 oz can RF cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
16 oz frozen French-cut green beans, thawed and drained
1 2/5 oz French fried onions

Recipe Directions for Green Bean Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, mix soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, green beans and 1/2 of the onions.

  2. Bake 25 minutes or until hot. Stir. Sprinkle remaining onions over bean mixture.

  3. Bake 5 more minutes.
