Recipe Ingredients for GREEN BEAN - CARROT SALAD

2 cups (one 16 ounce can) canned green beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups (one 16 ounce can) canned carrots, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup white onion, sliced
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, snipped
4 teaspoons virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
4 teaspoons SPLENDA

Recipe Directions for GREEN BEAN - CARROT SALAD

  1. Medium bowl, combine green beans, carrots , onion, celery and parsley.

  2. In covered jar combine vinegar, sugar substitute, olive oil, mustard and lemon pepper. Shake well.

  3. Pour mixture over vegetables. Stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
