Smooth and delicious, with a nice bit of crunch.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Bars

1 cup raw peanuts
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup coconut, unsweetened
1/2 cup pecan pieces
2/3 cup coconut oil
1 cup almond butter
1/3 cup agave syrup
3/4 cup flax seed
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp spirulina powder
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
3 tsp splenda
2 tbsp heavy cream

Recipe Directions for Green Bars

  1. Melt oil and almond butter.

  2. Mix with rest of ingredients, except chocolate, splenda and cream..

  3. Press into 9x13 pan lined with parchment.

  4. Chill till solid.

  5. Meld chocolate , mix with cream and splenda. Spread over top of bars. Double the chocolate and splenda if you would like a thicker topping.

  6. Chill again.Cut.
