Recipe Ingredients for Green Apple Pork Chops

1 1/2 lbs boneless pork chop
1/2 medium white onion
1/2 medium red pepper
1 medium green apple
2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Green Apple Pork Chops

  1. Season Pork Chops with Garlic and Ground Cinnamon

  2. Heat Frying Pan on Medium High Heat

  3. Melt Margarine

  4. Sear Pork Chops on both sides for aprox 2-3 mins Until Golden Brown

  5. Cover Pork Chops with Red Pepper, Green Apple, and Onion

  6. Reduce Heat to Simmer Until Pork Cooked
