-Preheat oven to 500 degrees -Saute chicken with 2 tbsp olive oil until cooked through -Remove chicken from pan and add mushrooms and onions, saute until softened. -Coat aparagus with remaining olive oil and roast in oven for 10 minutes or until soft with mild crispiness -Boil 1 cup of water, remove from heat and add cous cous, cover and let it sit for 5 minutes. -Add chicken to mushrooms and onions and reheat for 5 minutes. -Cut roasted asparagus into 3's and add in with the chicken mix. -Fluff cous cous with fork. -Serve vegetables on top of cous cous and sprinkle with feta cheese.

1 pound of chicken breast
1 cup of cous cous
4 tbsp olive oil
1 cup of Water
3 cups asparagus
2 tbsp onion
1 cup mushrooms
1/3 cup feta cheese
1 tbsp garlic, minced
