4 oz Traditional Plain Greek Yogurt

Recipe Directions for greek yogurt walnut dip

  1. serves 2

  2. 2 cups greek yogurt

  3. 1.5 tbsp fresh mint, chopped

  4. 1 clove garlic, minced

  5. 1 tsp dill , or to taste

  6. 1 tbsp olive oil

  7. 1/4 cup walnuts, soaked in cold water overnight, then chopped.

  8. salt and pepper to taste.

  9. add chopped cucumbers if desired

  10. mix all ingredients. serve with veggies or pita chips
