Recipe Ingredients for Greek Yogurt Pancakes

3/4 cup Fage 0% greek yogurt
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Greek Yogurt Pancakes

  1. Combine yogurt, egg and vanilla.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking soda.

  3. Combine both wet and dry ingredients. The batter will be VERY thick.

  4. Heat a sprayed griddle pan to medium heat.

  5. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto hot pan. Use your spoon to spread the batter so it is not too thick.

  6. Cook 2 minutes and flip. If pancakes are too thick, slightly flatten with your spatula, so that they middle will cook through.

  7. Cook another 2 minutes.
