Home-made, organic greek yogurt w/ fresh fruit. 6 oz serving

Recipe Ingredients for Greek Yogurt w/Cherries & strawberries

1 quart nonfat milk, Clover Organic Farms
5 3/10 oz nonfat plain yogurt, Stonyfield Farm Organic Greek Yogurt, plain
1 lb strawberries
4 oz cherries, fresh
4 t agave syrup

Recipe Directions for Greek Yogurt w/Cherries & strawberries

  1. 1. Heat quart of milk to 180, let boil 2 min

  2. 2. Let cool to 110 deg

  3. 3. Whip in container of greek yogurt.

  4. 4. Stir in 4 T agave syrup

  5. 5. Divide fresh cut-up fruit in bottom of seven 6-oz jars of yogurt maker.

  6. 6. Pour yogurt mixture into jars, distributing evenly.

  7. 7. Place jars (without lids) into yogurt maker and set for 1o hours.
