8 oz Nonfat
8 berry Strawberries
0.5 cup, unthawed Blueberries
0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Greek Yogurt and Berry Smoothie

  1. Put half a banana, 6-8 frozen strawberries, 1 cup of nonfat plain greek yogurt and a handful-1/2 cup of blueberries into a blender.

  2. You may need to add 1/4 cup of water or so depending on your blender's ferocity.
