Delicious Venison Burgers. Lots of flavor and very moist. Best to pan fry because venison so lean.

Recipe Ingredients for Greek Venison Burger

24 oz Ground Venison
3 oz Black Olives, chopped
1/3 cup Feta Cheese
1 cup Chopped Red Onion
1 egg
1 tbsp. Greek Seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper

Recipe Directions for Greek Venison Burger

  1. In a large bowl mix venison, olives, feta, onion, egg and seasonings. Form into 6 patties. Grill or fry in non-stick skillet to desired doneness.

  2. Originally with Kalumata Olives, but like black olives, so altered.
