Makes 4 servings



Season with S&P and oregano. Serve on top of a spinach and romaine salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and a vinagrette.

Recipe Ingredients for Greek Turkey Burgers

1 lb 99% fat free ground turkey breast
6 oz spinach, frozen, thawed and squeezed
1/2 cup reduced fat feta cheese
1/2 c red onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Greek Turkey Burgers

  1. Combine.

  2. Allow to set in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

  3. Spray pan with cooking spray.

  4. Cook patties in the greased skillet for about 6 minutes per side, or until meat is completely cooked.

  5. These may be divided into 8 mini burgers (2 per serving) or 4 large patties (1 per serving).

  6. Yum-O.
