Greek Style tomato sauce over rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Greek Tomato Sauce over Rice

1 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain
3.5 serving Vegetable Tomatoes Diced No Salt Added
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
3 clove Garlic
12 olives Green Olives
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.25 tsp Cloves, Ground
3 tsp Parsley, Dried
1 tbsp ICBINB! Light (Soft)

Recipe Directions for Greek Tomato Sauce over Rice

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.

  2. Melt margarine in saucepan.

  3. Add chopped garlic and onion.

  4. Saute for 5 minutes.

  5. Cut olives into quarters and add to saucepan.

  6. Add diced tomatoes to the pan.

  7. Mix in spices.

  8. Cover the pan and simmer until the rice is done cooking.

  9. Serve tomato sauce over the rice.
