Recipe Ingredients for Greek style shrimp with feta cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
28 ounces diced tomatoes
1/4 cup bottled clam juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons capers, drained
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 ounces feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Greek style shrimp with feta cheese

Saute garlic in olive oil and butter. Add shrimp and saute until pink. Remove to a bowl and set aside. Add tomatoes and reduce by 1/3. Add clam juice, oregano, pepper flakes, capers, salt and pepper. Mix well. Spoon 1/2 of sauce into 4 individual baking dishes. Divide shrimp evenly among dishes, and then spoon remaining sauce over shrimp. Crumble feta over the top of the dishes and bake at 350 for 10 - 15 minutes.
