Recipe Ingredients for greek-style chicken kabobs

16 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 medium Mini Seedless Cucumber
2 cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce, Iceberg
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 pita, large (6-1/2" dia) Bread, Pita, White, Enriched
3 oz Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese

Recipe Directions for greek-style chicken kabobs

  1. cube chicken breast into bite-size pieces. marinate overgight in lemon juice and your favorite spices (garlic, parsely, thyme, etc.)

  2. place marinated meat on soaked skewers. broil/grill until done. serve in pita w/ lettuce tomato cucumber and feta cheese.
