1 lb shrimp
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
6 oz fresh asparagus
1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp grated lemon zest
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dried oregano

Recipe Directions for Greek Style Baked Shrimp and Beans

  1. 1/4 cup feta cheese

  2. Combine all except for feta. Put into 4 packets of foil. Bake at 500 degrees for 15 minutes, sprinkle with feta and lemon wedge.
