Recipe Ingredients for greek stir fry

0.63 kg beef
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 medium carrot
1 small red onion
4 cups baby spinach
2 tomatoes
1 cup brown rice
1 cup white rice
1/2 cup feta cheese

Recipe Directions for greek stir fry

  1. slice beef into strips and set aside

  2. for sauce combine 1 tbsp oil, balsamic vinegar, rosemary , oregano and pepper in small bowl

  3. add 1 tbsp oil to wok heat over medium-high. Add garlic, carrot and onion for 2-3 min. remove from wok.

  4. add beef till desired doneness. add veggies and sauce.

  5. stir to coat.

  6. serve over rice and top with feta cheese
