Baked Steak served with Greek Pasta tossed with pan drippings and parmesan cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Greek Steak & Pasta

16 oz sirloin steaks
1 bouillon cube, chicken
1 tbsp greek seasoning
4 tbsp butter
1/2 c chicken broth
8 oz spaghetti
1/4 c parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Greek Steak & Pasta

  1. Sprinkle Steaks on both sides with greek seasoning. Place in baking dish with bouillon cube. Top with butter cut into pats. Pour chicken broth into dish. (instead of broth, you can add 4 more tbsp of butter).

  2. Bake at 300 for 45 min-1 hour depending on doneness. Flip steak every 20 minutes or so
