Recipe Ingredients for Greek-Spiced Baked Shrimp

1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 clove Garlic
1 serving Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 tsp Allspice, Ground
28 oz Tomatoes Diced
0.08 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 lbs shrimp

Recipe Directions for Greek-Spiced Baked Shrimp

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Cook onion and garlic in some oil spray in large saucepan, just until soft. Stir in spices. Add tomatoes and sugar. Simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Stir shrimp into sauce and transfer to a casserole dish. Bake for about 20 mins.
