Recipe Ingredients for Greek Salad

1 cup Parsley
4 olives Krinos Pitted Kalamata Olives
1 clove Garlic
15 Teaspoon Juice
0.5 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
0.25 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.25 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 Medium Tomatoes
4 oz Onion Red
1/4 cup Cheese

Recipe Directions for Greek Salad

In a serving bowl, combine the parsley, olives, and garlic. Whisk in 4 tablespoons lemon juice. Add the cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, onion, and 3 tablespoons of the feta cheese. Toss to coat the ingredients with the dressing. taste and add up to 1 tablespoon more lemon juice, if desired. top with remaining feta cheese.
