Recipe Ingredients for Greek Salad

1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 medium raw Plum Tomato
75 grams Green Bell Peppers
0.33 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
10 grams Reduced Fat Feta Traditional Crumbled
0.31 oz Raw Sunflower Seeds
24 grams Onion Red
2 tbsp Lite Northern Italian w/Basil
1/4 cup Garbanzo Beans - 50% less sodium
1 wedge yields Lemon Juice
1 wedge yields Lime Juice
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for Greek Salad

  1. combine above and serve cool

  2. measure servings by the cup/ 1 serving = 2 cup (198 cal)

  3. try adding sliced apple, portabella or shiitake mushrooms, green chile, additional bell peppers in same or other colors .

  4. RINSE garbanzo beans in water to reduce sodium
