Recipe Ingredients for Greek Salad

2 cucumbers
4 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1/2 purple onion
1/2 cup feta cheese
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp oregano

Recipe Directions for Greek Salad

  1. Chop all vegetables and put them in a bowl.

  2. Mince garlic and put in bowl.

  3. Add feta.

  4. Add oregano and toss.

  5. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper and toss.
