2 bell pepper, green
1 bell pepper, orange
2 roma tomatoes
1 small red onion
1/2 cup vinegar, white
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbs oregano, dried
1/2 cup cheese, feta
1 cup olive, kalamata

Recipe Directions for Greek Salad

  1. Chop peppers, tomatoes, and onion ingredients into med-large chuncks.

  2. Add seasonings. Toss with vinegar.

  3. Add feta and olives and toss.
