Mixed salad with greek style dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for Greek salad

6 cups Romaine Lettuce
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
1.5 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
2 serving Radishes
1 cup, diced Celery
2 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Vinegar Red Wine
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
0.5 tsp Oregano
0.33 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese

Recipe Directions for Greek salad

  1. Chop vegetables into bite sized pieces.

  2. Sprinkle feta.

  3. Mix oil, vinegar, lemon juice, pepper, garlic and oregano.

  4. Pour over vegetables and mix.
