Great Diet Salad, very filling. Find a greek dressing that is the lowest in calories or make your own You can substitute black olives and it is also tasty if you add shrimp, tuna or chicken!

Recipe Ingredients for GREEK SALAD

1 cup Organic Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 cup Reduced Fat Feta Traditional Crumbled
2 large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber, Peeled
3 medium raw Bell Peppers Red, Grn & Orange
1 large Onions
4 serving Special Collection Dressing
1 serving 20 Kalamata Olives, pitted

Recipe Directions for GREEK SALAD

Cut everything into bite size pieces (size of a quarter). Cut olives and cherry tomatoes in half. Add desired dressing and toss. Let marinate overnight in the frig if you can (stirring once in a while). Or eat it up!
