Recipe Ingredients for Greek Salad

300 gram tomatoes
260 gram Lebanese cucumber
400 gram green capsicum
170 gram red onion
160 gram Kalamata olives
150 gram feta
1 tsp oregano
90 ml extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Greek Salad

  1. Quarter tomatoes and cucumbers lengthways, cut into chunks. Slice capsicum into rings; remove & discard seeds & membranes. Cut onion into wedges.

  2. Combine tomatoe, cucumber, onion and olives in large serving bowl.

  3. Break cheese into pieces and place on top of salad, sprinkle with oregano, drizzle with oil
