Recipe Ingredients for Greek Salad

150 grams Cucumber
109 grams Red Onion
167 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
60 grams Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 grams Oregano
46 grams Traditional Feta Crumbled
16 grams Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled

Recipe Directions for Greek Salad

  1. Actual ingredients:

  2. 1 small cucumber, chopped

  3. 1 medium tomato, chopped

  4. 1/2 small red onion (this is a bit much I would use less next time), chopped

  5. 1 Tbsp fresh oregano

  6. about 1/4 C rotisserie chicken breast, no skin

  7. a couple handfuls of feta cheese, probably about 1/4 C to 1/2 C

  8. 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  9. Mix together all ingredients, toss well.
