Makes 3 servings



Peel Cucumber, chop into 1 inch pieces. Seed tomatoes, and diced up. Drain and Rise can of Chickpeas. Chopped 1/4 of a white onion.

Recipe Ingredients for Greek Salad

1 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, Peeled
364 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
16 oz Chick Peas
3/4 medium White Onion
3 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 1tsp Olive Oil
2 oz Traditional Feta Crumbled
2 tbsp Parsley, Dried

Recipe Directions for Greek Salad

Toss veggies together. add 3Tbsp of Lemon Juice, 1 Tbsp Oil, and 2 Tbsp of dried Parsely. add Feta before eating.
