Tomato, cucumber and onion salad (no greens) with feta, olive oil, vinegar and oregano

Recipe Ingredients for Greek Salad

1/2 tomato
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/4 cucumber
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 tablespoons distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
1/8 cup feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Greek Salad

  1. Slice tomatoes, onions and cucumbers. Toss with olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper. Add feta to taste, either crumbled on top or on the side.

  2. If desired, can also add kalamata olives.

  3. Best if served with baguette or other crusty bread.
