2 tomatoes
3 cucumbers
1 red onion
1 head of lettuce
1 green pepper
1 red pepper

Recipe Directions for Greek Salad

  1. chop all veggies coarsely

  2. mix all except tomatoes

  3. put tomatoes in separate dish and add as you eat

  4. you can top with greek dressing, feta or any other dressing you prefer
