Fresh, low cal salad great with lamb and couscous.

Recipe Ingredients for Greek Salad

1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tomatoes, quartered
16 kalamata olives
1 cucumber, cut into moons
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
3 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

Recipe Directions for Greek Salad

  1. combine oregano, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice,

  2. salt and pepper to make the dressing

  3. combine tomatoes, olives, cucumber, onion, and feta cheese in a bowl.

  4. Pour dressing over salad and serve
