Recipe Ingredients for Greek Salad

42 g mushrooms
60 g romaine lettuce, shredded
42 g carrots, julienned
25 g red onion, thinly sliced
33 g cucumber, thinly sliced
32 g black olives
35 g feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Greek Salad

  1. In a small bowl, marinate mushrooms in a small bit of salad dressing.

  2. In a large bowl, add lettuce, carrots, onion, cucumber and olives.

  3. Pour mushrooms and marinade over the salad.

  4. Top with feta cheese and additional dressing as desired.
