Recipe Ingredients for Greek Salad

3 tomatoes
1 English cucumber
1 red pepper
1/2 large red onion
24 olives
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
250 gram feta cheese
1 salt (brine from the feta)

Recipe Directions for Greek Salad

  1. Dice veggies, crumble feta, pour on oil and vinegar.

  2. Great the next day.
