Greek Salad with homemade dressing

Recipe Ingredients for Greek Salad

3 heads Romaine Lettuce, shredded
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 cucumber, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
6 oz feta cheese
24 kalamata olives, chopped
1/2 (58 g) lemon (fruit+(2-1/8"+dia))
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley

Recipe Directions for Greek Salad

Zest lemon. Combine lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano and parsley. Mix well. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, cheese and olives. Toss with dressing.
