Low cal quick and easy greek salad, no oil.

Recipe Ingredients for Greek Salad

2 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 medium Cucumber, Peeled
5 leaves Basil, Fresh
1 1/2 oz Reduced Fat Feta Traditional Crumbled
2 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic

Recipe Directions for Greek Salad

  1. Dice tomatoes and cucumbers and place into bowl, add crumbled feta, and balsamic vinegar, run knife through basil and add to bowl, toss until coated.

  2. For a variety you can add red onions or kalamata olives.

  3. Chill for about 1/2 hr.
