Recipe Ingredients for Greek Salad pita pockets

1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
1 finely chopped tomato
1/2 cup finely diced cucumber
8 slices red onion
1/4 finely diced green pepper (capsicum)
1 oz (30g) crumbled feta cheese
4 sliced black olives
1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pinch of sea salt
1 pinch of black pepper
4 tablespoons hummus
2 whole-wheat pitas
