Recipe Ingredients for Greek Salad (Peasant)

1/2 small Tomato
1 medium Cucumber
1/8 small Red Onion
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp Greek Vinaigrette
1/4 cup feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Greek Salad (Peasant)

  1. Cut up first three ingredients into bite sized pieces.

  2. Place pieces and last three ingredients into mixing bowl.

  3. Toss, mix, chill and serve.
