Recipe Ingredients for greek salad, homemade

1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1 lb. tomatoes, sliced in eighths
4 green onions
8 oz. feta cheese
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
6 T olive oil
1 1/2 T lemon juice
1 cucumber, seeded peeled and sliced

Recipe Directions for greek salad, homemade

  1. Place all items except oil and juice in bowl. Salt and pepper and mix

  2. Mix oil and lemon juice. Pour over salad and serve right away
