2 cups lettuce
1 red pepper
1/8 red onion
1 cup garbanzo beans
1/2 cup kalamata olives
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Recipe Directions for Greek Salad - Dani Spies

  1. Once you have all of the ingredients chopped up this salad is pretty much assembly only.

  2. Place your romaine in a large bowl or serving dish and top with veggies and feta cheese. Drizzle your salad dressing over the top right before you are ready to eat and enjoy!!
