This is a family favorite for anytime, but especially holidays. Can be side dish, but if you add some protein in it (Lamb, or my favorite Fri-Chik) it is an entree!

Recipe Ingredients for Greek Potatoes

6 Russet Potatoes
2 tbsp McKay's Chicken Seasoning
1 tbsp Lemon Pepper
3 tsp Paprika
1 serving All Purpose Greek Seasoning
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Oregano
1 tbsp Garlic Salt
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
18 oz water

Recipe Directions for Greek Potatoes

  1. Peal and cut the potatoes into wedges (more on the thinner side than thick) and place them in a pre-sprayed big backing dish. {Pre-heat the oven to 350}

  2. In 1.5 cups of WARM water mix 2 tbsp of McKays. Stir and pour over the potatoes:

  3. Drizzle EVOO all over the potatoes.

  4. This is the step that you go crazy with the seasonings. Generously sprinkle the potatoes with:

  5. Lemon Pepper

  6. Cavenders Greek Seasoning

  7. Onion Powder

  8. Garlic Salt

  9. Oregano

  10. Paprika (make the potatoes good and red)

  11. Place the potatoes in the oven for 45 mins.

  12. After 45 mins check the potatoes and stir the potatoes. If you feel like you need to add more liquid add McKay's water to the mixture. Maybe even a little more Greek Seasoning. PUt them back in for like 30 mins. Keep your eye on them until they are soft and delicious looking.

  13. take out of oven and enjoy! {let them cool a bit though}
