I hate not knowing what's in the ready made kebabs at the butcher so I make my own.

Recipe Ingredients for greek pork tenderloin

475 grams Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
2 1tsp Olive Oil
3 clove Garlic
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
10 grams Oregano
1 tsp Pepper, Black
0.125 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne

Recipe Directions for greek pork tenderloin

  1. Combine cayenne, olive oil, minced garlic, juice of 1 lemon and chopped fresh oregano in a large ziploc bag or plastic container with a lid.

  2. Remove any visible fat from tenderloin and marinate for at least 4hrs to overnight.

  3. Drain and discard marinade. Roast tenderloin at 375F til meat thermometer reaches 170F.
