32 ounces pork tenderloin
8 grams greek seasoning
4 tbls soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Greek Pork Tenderloin

  1. Trim any fat, etc., and slice tenderloin into medallions (cut against the grain for tender pieces).

  2. Coat with seasoning and soy sauce - let stand for 1-2 hours.

  3. Fry, grill, or broil till no longer pink - 5-8 minutes.

  4. Good to serve with rice and steamed brocolli.
