Recipe Ingredients for Greek Pizza Slice

1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes
1 cup, cubes Eggplant
2 clove Garlic
1/4 cup Feta Cheese
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Parsley
1 tsp Garlic Salt

Recipe Directions for Greek Pizza Slice

  1. Slice eggplant lengthwise after trimming the stem end, season with mrs. dash and garlicc salt. Then brush with olive oil. Grill each side for 5 minutes.

  2. Mix chopped parsley and garlic with tomatoes, then top each eggplant slice, followed by crumbled feta cheese.

  3. Broil for 8-10 mins until cheese is browned and melted.
