Recipe Ingredients for Greek Penne

2 tomatoes, chopped and seeded
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
3 oz feta, light
1 tbs dried parsley
1/4 cup dill, fresh, chopped
2 tbs olive oil
6 oz whole wheat penne pasta

Recipe Directions for Greek Penne

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.

  2. Cook pasta, drain.

  3. Toss pasta in mixture in bowl.

  4. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
